Due to the vulnerable nature of the deliveries of all flowers and other products, any complaints about returns, etc. will be treated in each case separately and the treatment (eg Return or not, Modification or not, etc.) will be at our discretion.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER-REFUND OF MONEY-CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY-COMPLAINTS
• Order cancellation is accepted up to (1) day before the delivery date. In this case you will be refunded exactly the amount for which you have been charged.
• Cancellations of orders submitted on the same day for execution on the same day are not accepted. Even if the sender “changes his mind” and does not wish to send the flowers, they may not be sent but the original amount will not be refunded. This is because as soon as we receive an order we immediately proceed to the manufacture of the relevant product by processing the flowers that are necessary which with the possible cancellation of the order it is impossible to return them to their original condition without the relevant damage.
• Cancellations or refunds are not accepted, which concern orders with destinations in the Rest of Greece (except Kalamata) and Abroad and which are forwarded for execution to a collaborating member of our network.
• The signature of the recipient on the respective order form is valid as proof of delivery confirmation. There are, however, cases where a third person can sign, in deliveries to places such as cemeteries, hotels, hospitals, companies, etc. where it is not possible to deliver the order to the recipient himself.
• Because, however, flowers are a peculiar species, which almost always the one who buys it sends it to someone else, who may either not accept it, or simply refuse to sign, or reserve and not sign. that he received well, etc. in no case is the non-existence of the recipient’s signature on the order form a reason for refusing to charge the order and challenging it.
• Complaints about the good quality of the delivered products are accepted ONLY on the same day of delivery and ONLY by the sender (who has been charged for their value) and not later, in writing by fax or e-mail. In these cases we immediately send our representative to the recipient of the order, we check the product and if we really find a problem, we replace it with a new one.

If we can not contact the recipient or the customer, we can not be held responsible for non-delivery, if www.foreverflowers.gr has tried all possible methods to fulfill the order then, unfortunately, return / replacement can not be given . Any solution will be at our discretion.

www.foreverflowers.gr is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept. We can not give returns for any customer, where the beneficiary, for any reason, will not accept the order or refuse delivery.

Coupons- Any coupon issued by www.foreverflowers.gr will not have any monetary value and can not be changed. Coupons can be revoked or modified at any time at the discretion of the company. For the use of the tickets only, there is a minimum value of the order of 5.00 euros. Coupons below this price are not issued.
